WELLINGTON, April 27. Tasman Empire Airways Limited has been registered with the head office in Wellington and with a capital of £500,000. The subscribers are: Union Airways of New Zealand Limited, 39 per cent., respresenting New Zealand; the British Overseas Airways Corporation of Great Britain, 38 per cent., representing the United Kingdom; and Qantas Empire Airways Limited, 23 per cent., representing Australia.
