TROOP MANOEUVRES IN EGYPT
N.Z. MEN HAVE FIRST BIG EXERCISES CAIRO, April 22. The men of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force have begun their first large-scale exercises since their arrival. These are aimed at testing the co-ordinating powers of the infantry, cavalry and artillery over extremely rough country. (Hie manoeuvres will conclude on Wednesday. The troops will attend a religious service on Anzac Day.
