TODAY’S RECIPE
CREAMED MINCED HAM WITH MUSHROOMS
6 tablespoon-juls butter, lib mushrooms. 6 tablespoonfuls flour. 3 cupfuls milk. cupfuls minced, cooked ham.
Salt and pepper. Clean and slice, t?ie mushrooms. Melt the butter, add the mushrooms and cook three minutes. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and cooked ham and boil one minute. Season to taste and serve at once. Serves six.
