SERIES OF DANCES AT WAIANIWA
POPULAR FORTNIGHTLY EVENTS The series of fortnightly dances was continued in the Waianiwa hall, on Saturday evening last, there being a good attendance of dancers present. During the evening an extra was played by Mr Clearwater (piano-accor-dion). The winners of the Monte Carlo foxtrot were Miss M. Miller and partner, and Miss V. Bruland and partner won the lucky spot waltz; Mr D. S. King was master of ceremonies. Among those present were: Mr and Mrs I. Robertson, Mr and Mrs E. K. Steans, Mr and Mrs R. Gray, Mr and Mrs A.
