SPECIAL COURSE FOR N.C.O.’S
Men Selected To Go Into Camp GOOD EDUCATION AND PHYSIQUE Twelve men have already been selected in Invercargill for special training as non-commissioned officers for the second echelon of the special force, and will leave for Burnham on December 9. The Defence Department requires between 20 and 30 men of . good education and physique, and any men interested should call at the Defence Office and see Major H. C. Mackenzie. The men selected are:— Jenkins, Reginald Dawson, Invercargill. Morrison, Watson Alexander, Invercargill. Highet, David Allan, Invercargill. Davis, Daniel George, Invercargill. Brett, Richard Francis George, Invercargill. Johnson, James Helton, Invercargill. Scott, Alexander, Invercargill. Trotter, John Dalrymple, Woodlands. Mcßride, Francis Robert, Gore. Malone, Francis Edward, Lumsden. Matravers, William Howard, Balclutha. May, Arthur John, Beaumont.
