TODAY’S RECIPE

HAM AND RICE CUSTARD 1 cup minced ham. 2 tablespoons minced onions. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 cup milk. 1 cup cooked rice. 2 eggs well beaten. 1 tablespoon mixed mustard. 4 tablespoons fat. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Add ham, onions, fat and rice. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees F. till custard set. Do not allow to boil. SARAH.
