WOMEN’S “MARCH ON ROME”

GATHERING OF 70,000 FASCISTS ROME, May 26. Wearing their black uniforms, 70,000 women of the fascist organizations, the majority of them between 18 and 30 years of age, early this morning began a march on Rome for a visit of three days. The visit will culminate in a review by II Duce on Sunday. The authorities have ordered the cafes and restaurants to open at 4 a.m. to provide breakfasts for the women, who are coming from all parts of Italy. They are travelling by hundreds of special trains.
