PRISONERS APPEAR FOR SENTENCE (United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 26. Cyril Charles Barker, aged 45 years, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to two charges of unnatural offences upon a girl of nine, was sentenced in the Supreme Court today to five years hard labour. William Roy Barker, aged 28, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to one charge of indecently assaulting a young girl, received reformative detention not exceeding two years. lan Carr Douglas, aged 23, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to two charges of false pretences and one of forgery, was sentenced to two years, the terms to be concurrent
