MESSAGE SENT BY LORD GALWAY WELLINGTON, May 26. The Governor-General (Lord Galway) despatched the following message to Queen Mary on the occasion of her Majesty’s birthday: “The Government and people of this Dominion join with me in tendering to your Majesty respectful congratulations and good wishes on the occasion of your Majesty’s birthday.
