SPEECH FROM THE THRONE NEXT DAY (United Press Association) ■ \ WELLINGTON, May 24. The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage) announces that Parliament will be opened by a commission on June 27. The House will that day elect a Speaker and next day the Gover-nor-General (Viscount Galway) will attend and read the Speech from the Throne, outlining the Government’s programme.
