OBITUARY

MR WILLIAM CONNOR (United Press Association) DUNEDIN, May 21. The death occurred on Saturday morning of Mr William Connor at the age of 60 years. He had been town clerk of the West Harbour borough since 1918. He was also a Justice of the Peace and a member of the executive of the Otago Justices of the Peace Association for many years. Mr Connor occupied a prominent position in the bowling world and was a past president of the New Zealand Bowling Council.
