FOOTBALL MATCH AGAINST ENGLAND (Independent Cable Service) (Received May 14, 7.30 p.m.) MILAN, May 13. Although Signor Mussolini did n,ot attend an Association football match between England and Italy he ordered the Italian fans by radio not to barrack the Englishmen and through General Vaccaro, secretary of the Italian Olympic Committee, he urged the Milanese to adopt sportsmanlike behaviour to ensure continuity of the Anglo-Italian athletic relations which this match opened up. England drew with Italy, 2-all after leading by 1 goal to nil at half-time. Sixty-one thousand spectators attended the match.
