EASTERN SOUTHLAND HUNT CLUB MEET AT MANDEVILLE The Eastern Southland Hunt Club held a successful meet at Mandeville on the “Wantwood” flats on Saturday afternoon. There was a good following, and after two drag hunts over a special course had been held for juvenile riders, the hounds moved off in search of a hare. A kill was effected after a run of two miles. The hounds were running true and very fast. The hunt was followed with interest by a big number of spectators.
