ROYAL VOYAGE TO CANADA
WARSHIP MAY BE NEEDED FOR DEFENCE

The Daily Express suggests in an editorial that the King and Queen should go to Canada in a liner rather than in H.M.S. Repulse, which it says may be needed for defence. “Moreover, in the changed circumstances after Mr Roosevelt’s message, it might be better if the King and Queen did not visit the United States at the present juncture,” says The Daily Express.
