ATHLETICS
NORTHERN DISTRICT SCHOOL SPORTS Entries totalling approximately 1000, representative of 15 schools, have been received for the annual sports of the Northern District schools to be held on March 31. This compares very favourably with the entries received in previous years. A parade of competitors is to be held immediately after the luncheon adjournment. An innovation at the gathering will be the installation of loud-speakers.
