MAUNGANUI ARRIVES TODAY DEPARTURE TONIGHT FOR MELBOURNE From Wellington, the Union Company’s trans-Tasman passenger liner Maunganui is scheduled to reach Bluff today. She will sail after midnight for Melbourne, via Milford Sound. The motor-vessel Ranui (Mr J.. W. P. Thompson, master) sailed on Saturday evening for Port Pegasus. The scow Horouta arrived at Bluff yesterday morning with machinery from Port Craig for discharge. The inter-island motor-vessel Tamatea sailed for Stewart Island on Saturday morning with mail, passengers and cargo, and returned to Bluff the same afternoon. H. L. Tapley and Company advises that the motor-vessel Breeze is scheduled to load at Wellington on Thursday and is due at Bluff on February 13. She will sail the same day for Dunedin. The Union Company’s coastal steamer Waimarino arrived at Bluff on Saturday afternoon with sugar, motor-cars and general cargo for discharge. She will sail tomorrow for Dunedin. The Union Company’s coastal trader Waipahi is expected to arrive here today with coal from Westport for discharge. She sails tomorrow for Oamaru. The Erlangen, at present discharging in Australia, will load wool at New Zealand ports early this month. She is due at Auckland on Wednesday, Lyttelton February 13, Bluff February 17, and Dunedin February 22. The Benledi’s loading itinerary in New Zealand has been changed. She was scheduled to arrive at Wellington from Newcastle and will leave there again tomorrow for Tolaga Bay, Lyttelton, Bluff and Port Chalmers. She is due to leave Port Chalmers bn February 24 for Dunkirk, London and Antwerp.
