AUSTRALIAN PILOT KILLED
CRASH AT POINT COOK MELBOURNE, November 24. An air force aeroplane crashed during an instructional flight near Point Cook today. Flying Officer P. McDonough was killed and Cadet J. Costello was not seriously injured. The aeroplane was wrecked but it did not catch fire.
