(Received October 29,12.40 p.m.) LONDON, October 28.

The News Chronicle publishes the results of another national survey of public opinion undertaken by the British Institute of Public Opinion. The questions were: 1. Are you in favour of giving back any of the German colonies? Fifteen per cent, answered “Yes,” and 85 per cent. “No.” ■ 2. If your answer to the above is “No,” would you rather fight than give them back? Seventy-eight per cent, said "Yes,” and 22 per cent. “No.”
