“ROAD LICENCES” FOR CHILDREN

SAFETY SCHEME IN LONDON (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, October 25. As part of a new road safety, scheme for children “road licences” are being awarded to children at Wembley. The Minister of Transport (Dr E. L. Burgin), presenting the first of the awards, commended the idea of teaching children hew to be good users of the roads.
