The Union Steam Ship Company’s collier Poolta is now expected here tomorrow from Westport to discharge coal. She will sail the same day for Dunedin. H. L. Tapley and Company advises that the Gale left Wellington on Saturday with cargo for discharge at Bluff, where she is due today. She will sail today for northern ports. The Union Company's steamer Karetu Is expected to reach Bluff today from Hobart to discharge Australian cargo. She is to sail tonight or tomorrow morning for Dunedin to continue.The Norwegian motor-tanker Fllefjell. bringing bulk motor-spirit for the Shell Oil Company, is due here today from Dunedin to complete discharge. She will sail tomorrow for overseas ports From Liverpool, the Cambridge arrived at Auckland last Thursday morning and will leave on Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chalmers. She is due at Wellington on September 2. The Cornwall arrived at Auckland on Thursday morning from New Plymouth and after completing her discharge will leave on September 3 for London and West Coast ports of the United. Kingdom. The Tainul, Homeward bound from Wellington, has reported that since her de-' parture she has experienced fine weather and that all is well on board.

After meeting depreciations to the extent of 2,500,000 francs the profit and loss account shows a credit balance of 2,452,402 francs, compared with 1,322,774 francs. The directors recommend a dividend of 10 per cent., or 16.70 francs, less taxes, against 14 francs last year. HOMEWARD LOADINGS The Blue Star Line advises that the Napier Star, from South Africa, will load at New Plymouth September 4-7, Wanganui 8-9, Wellington September 10-13, Napier September 14-16, Gisborne September 17-19, and Auckland 21-27. . She will leave Auckland on September 27 for London, via the Panama Canal. The Port Line announces that the Port Hunter, now en route from London, will load at Timaru September 8-10, Bluff, September 12-15, Port Chalmers September 16- Wellington September 19-24 and Auckland September 26-October 1. She will sail from Auckland on October 1 for New York, Halifax, London, and Newcastle-on-Tyne, via the Panama Canal.
