LODGE MEETING

ANCIENT ORDER OF FORESTERS In the absence of C.R. Bro. Bums, Court Star of the South was presided over by P.C.R. Bro. Palmer, P.C.R. Bro. Holland filling the position of LP.C.R. Bro. H. Patton, was asked to take the chair of S.B. in the absence of Bro. Mclntosh. The motion that a letter of condolence be sent to the relations of the late Bro. Brackenridge was passed, the brethren standing in silence. It was resolved to take a share in the bowling set to be purchased by the Friendly Societies’ Committee. , Bro. Rillstone reported on the visit to Court Queen of the South. ’ S.C.R. Bro. McMillan proposed the toast of the visitors which was responded to on behalf of Court Pride of Dunedin by P.C.R. Bro. Brackenridge and of Court Southern by P.D.C.R. Bro. Eastlake. One candidate was initiated and welcomed by S.C.R. Bro. McMillan.
