HEAVY DEATH-ROLL FEARED IN LOUISIANA

(Received February 18, 9.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 18. It is feared that 50 persons are dead and 100 are injured at Rodessa (Louisiana), which was virtually demolished by a tornado. The greater part of the oil fields, of which Rodessa had recently become a prosperous centre, was also destroyed.
