HITLER INTRODUCES “SEVERE ARREST”
(Received Februa’y 18, 6.30 p.m.) BERLIN, February 17.
In his capacity is supreme commander of the armec forces Herr Hitler has introduced a new penalty of “severe arrest,” consisting a solitary confinement on a meagre det. It is applicable only to soldiers anl is limited to 10 days.
