THREE ARMED MEN ARRESTED

JERUSALEM, January 13. A British constable was wounded when the police rushed a house and captured three armed Arabs in the area where Mr J. L. Starkey, the archaeologist, was murdered. The Hebron headman has been warned that unless Mr Starkey’s murderers surrender tomorrow heavy penalties will be Imposed on the district.
