AUSTRIAN MONARCHISTS OPPOSED BY NAZIS

STINK BOMBS THROWN AT MEETING VIENNA, January 11. Determined to break up a propaganda meeting held by the Austrian Monarchist movement, a gang of 60 Nazis began giving cat-calls and throwing glass. -The police restored order and ejected one interrupter, but the disturbance was renewed when those not ejected threw stink bombs and tear-gas bombs. Two Nazis who dropped a tear-gas bomb in another hall were beaten and arrested. Nazi threats resulted in the cancellation of a Monarchist meeting at Linz.
