mr h. McDougall agrees TO NOMINATION

Mr H. McDougall, of Tay street, Invercargill, who was met by a deputation of citizens yesterday, has consented to stand for election to the Invercargill City Council at the civic elections in May. Mr McDougall is a son of Mr D. McDougall, M.P. for Mataura. In an interview with The Southland Times yesterday' he said that there were at least four other citizens who would stand for election to the council.
