Renowden. Mrs G. Sinclair is spending a holiday in Christchurch. Mrs J. J. Finn, Invercargill, was the

guest of Mrs Sheedy during the week. Mrs D. C. McCrostie and family left recently to spend the holidays at Warepa. Mrs G. H. Hodges and family are the guests of Mrs Mclntyre, Timaru. Mr and Mrs -J. G. C. Baker and family and Mr and Mrs G. B. Saxelby and family are spending the holidays at the Rocks, Riverton. Mi- and Mrs R. Smart are visiting Mount Cook. Mr and Mrs J. von Tunzelman have left for a holiday at Stewart Island. Misses M. Donnan and I. Shaw are spending the holidays in Christchurch. Mr and Mrs A. F. Mr and Mrs Milligan, Oamaru, left recently after paying a short visit to their daughter, Mrs A. Stewart, Dunkeld, Glenure. Mr and Mrs W. Hunter, Timaru. were recently the guests of Mr and Mrs J. H. McMath has returned home after paying a short visit to Mrs G. McDonald, Wigan street, Gore.. Mrs D. McTaggart, Kina-Craig, paid a short visit to Dunedin during the week. Miss H. Caskie left by car on Friday for Dunedin where she will be the guest of her parents at Opoho. TE TUA Recently a farewell party was given ’ in honour of Miss Margaret Hogg. On ’ behalf of those present Mr G. McKay ' asked Miss Hogg to accept a leather suitcase.
