(Received December 6, 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 5.
The Washington correspondent of The New York Times says it is understood that the Bureau Budget will recommend a reduction of 800,000,000 dollars in congressional appropriations in an inital effort to balance the Budget.
The greatest decrease is 500,000,000 dollars in relief funds, which will thus aggregate a billion dollars.
