SPAR BUSH TENNIS CLUB
SEASON OPENS WITH DANCE On Saturday afternoon the Spar Bush Tennis Club held its opening, when an enjoyable afternoon was spent. Among those present were Misses K. Moylan, B. Donald, M. Cockbum. F. McCrostie, I. Moylan, G. Cockbum, M. Lane, R. Couper, M. McLeod (Otahuti), N. Johnstone, M. Dalrymple and N. Ryan; Messrs D. Jordan, E. Cavanagh, J. Couper, G. McCullough, N. Cartwright, J. Ryan, J. McCrostie (Invercargill) and D. Ryan. In the evening a dance was held, the music being supplied by Mr I. McCallum (Wrights Bush), and Mr G. McCullough was master of ceremonies.
