POACHED EGGS FLORIDA Form round cakes of cooked masked kumera. Melt a little butter in a fry-ing-pan, cook sides of cake till crisp and golden brown in colour. On each cake place a poached egg. Cover with tomato sauce and serve. Tomato Sauce: — i cup tomato puree or pulp. i cup water. J teaspoon salt. Pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon onion juice. 2 tablespoons (% ounce) flour. 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) butter. Melt butter, add flour. Mix thoroughly. Add seasoning and stir in liquid. Boil two minutes, stirring constantly. SARAH.
