FOOTBALL PLAYERS WARNED
ASSOCIATION PERTURBED AT OFFERS (Received September 4, 5.5 p.m.) JOHANNESBURG, September 4. Perturbed at the activities of scouts from overseas Association football clubs during the South African team’s tour to Britain, the South African Football Association decided to warn all associations that players so approached would be declared professionals.
