GERMAN LECTURER AT OXFORD
FORMER CHANCELLOR ELECTED (British Official Wireless) (Received May 24, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 22. Dr Heinrich Bruning, a former German Chancellor, has been elected to a supernumerary fellowship and to a lectureship in political history at Queen’s College, Oxford Dr Bruning will not lecture at Oxford until the Hilary term, when he will have fulfilled the obligations of a rectorship at Harvard. _____
