DEALINGS IN FOREIGN SECURITIES FORBIDDEN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) Berlin, October 17. Owing to high quotations for foreign securities, which are regarded as dangerous and unjustified, the Currency Control Board has prohibited dealings in them unless the dealers are specially licensed.
