AIR DELEGATION TO WELLINGTON

DEPARTURE FROM SYDNEY.

(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) Sydney, September 20. Among the passengers in the Wanganella, which sailed yesterday afternoon for Wellington, were Mr Francis Bertram, Deputy-Director of Civil Aviation in the British Air Ministry and chief of the British delegation, and the Australian delegation, comprising Mr H. P. Brown, Director of Postal Services, Captain Johnston, Controller of Civil Aviation, Mr M. L. Shepherd, Secretary for Defence, and Mi- M. B. Murray, Chief Inspector of Postal Services. The Federal Minister of Defence (Sir Archdale Parkhill) leaves for New Zealand on September 25.
