SYNTHETIC MATERIALS COMPULSORY
GERMAN MANUFACTURES. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) London, September 18. The Berlin correspondent of the News Chronicle says that in accordance with Herr Hitler’s plan of self-sufficiency a decree prohibits the manufacture of clothes and other textiles from natural material and requires a mixture of synthetic wool and cotton to the extent of from 20 per cent, to 30 per cent.
