A RUSSO-GERMAN WAR

London, September 18.
The German Ambassador to London (Herr Joachim von Ribbentrop) denied the probability of a German war against Russia. “We are strong enough to defend Germany, but are far from prepared successfully to start an offensive war,” Herr von Ribbentrop declared. “If Germany ever makes war it will not be with imperialist aim.”
