YOUNGER MAGISTRATES ADVOCATED
JUVENILE COURT IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 pan.) Rugby, September 16. The need for younger magistrates, in closer touch with the youth of the country, on the new Juvenile Court panels to be appointed on November 1, is urged in a circular issued by the Home Office throughout the country.
