Knapdale WOMEN’S INSTITUTE

At a meeting of the Knapdale Women’s Institute Mrs Brash presided. The roll call was “A Tea Dish.”. A competition for the best plate of pikelets was won by Miss D. Cross, Mrs Brash being second. Mrs R. Byars, Otama, gave a demonstration of knitting and showed how many fancy stitches were worked. Many samples of her work were on view. Miss A. Byars sang a solo. The hostesses were Miss Cross and Mrs Mill.
