Kamahi TENNIS PLAYERS FAREWELLED

A surprise visit was paid Mr and Mrs lan James by the members of the tennis club. A very happy evening was spent with competitions and games. Supper was handed round and enjoyed by all. The guests of the evening, who are shortly leaving the district, were then presented with an electric iron by Mr John Swain on behalf of the club members. He expressed the very sincere regret felt by them all at the loss of two such popular members and residents of the district.
