MR BALDWIN EXTENDS HOLIDAY
BENEFIT OF COUNTRY AIR. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, September 8. The Prime Minister (Mr Stanley Baldwin), who have derived great benefit from his stay in the country, has been advised to extend his holiday. He is not expected to return to Downing Street until some time in October. It is understood that Mr Baldwin has asked Mr Neville Chamberlain, Chancellor of the Exchequer, to take his place at a mass meeting in connection with the Conservative Party Conference which will be held at Margate _on October 2, and at which the Prime Minister was to be the principal speaker.
