BASKETBALL A basketball match was played at Colac Bay between Murihiku and Colac Bay. Murihiku won by 26 goals to 2. EUCHRE TOURNAMENT The fortnightly euchre tournament was held in the Drill Hall. The prizewinners were—Women: Mrs Whittle 1, Miss A. Patterson 2. Men: Mr W. Whittle 1, Mr G. Cleaver 2. MISS NITA ROSSLYN Miss Nita Rosslyn gave an interesting entertainment in the Drill Hall. Members of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union provided supper, which was followed by a dance, music being supplied by Mr Mac Kay and Mrs Beaton.
