LABOUR LAWS
EXTRA INSPECTORS ENGAGED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, February 10. The Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, stated to-day that in order to enable the Labour Department to extend its activities in connection with Labour laws, inspectors who had been engaged for the last four years on unemployment were being released. Annual visits would be paid to shops and offices. Mr J. S. Hunter has been placed in control of the Labour and Unemployment Departments.
