MANAWATU SHOW
JUBILEE FIXTURE. HIGH QUALITY OF STOCK. (Per United Press Association.) Palmerston North, November 7. After heavy rain overnight showery conditions prevailed for the first day of the Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Association’s Golden Jubilee Spring Show. Entries exceeding 5300 have been obtained. The quality of the exhibits, especially of the livestock, is on the highest scale. Special efforts have been made to make this fiftieth anniversary show a record one and the association has succeeded in several directions.
