APPEAL REJECTED
DR. SCHACHT AND ANTISEMITISM. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) London. August 10. The Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that Herr Hitler rejected Dr. Schacht's appeal to put the brake on anti-semitism. Dr. Schacht explained that he feared an extension of the American boycott and emphasized that the Reichswehr were behind him. Herr Hitler replied that Herr Streicher's views were his.
