POLITICAL MOVE. LIBERAL AND LABOUR. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.20 p.m.) London, August 10. The Observer's Political correspondent predicts the formation of a new Left Central group within a fortnight following Mr Lloyd George atienamg a private luncheon on August 12 with Lord Allen and Mr Walter Layton and other signatories to his recently’ issued book. Sirf Herbert Samuel, who has repeatedly advocated greater untiy among the progressive parties, will be present, showing that the coolness between him and Mr Lloyd George is ending. The luncheon party will discuss and deal with Labourites, proposing that Liberal candidates will not fight the General Election where it would damage Labour which would make reciprocal arrangement. Although Lord Allen's group will probably not join Mr Lloyd George as individuals, they may co-operate with him. Mr Lloy’d George significantly addresses the trade union leaders on August 14.
