ACTION FOR LIBEL
SEQUEL TO AIR RACE.
(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.15 p.m.) London, July 22. The Daily Express says that K. Waller is taking action against O. Cathcart Jones for alleged libel. It is understood it refers to a passage in the latter’s “Aviation Memoirs,” describing the Centenary air race.
