TINPLATE WORKERS
SUPERANNUATION SCHEME.
(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, July 20. It is announced in Swansea that Mr William Firth, a leading employer, has offered £25,000 towards a superannuation scheme in the tinplate industry. Employers generally have offered anjther £25,000, and it is stated that the workmen are willing to give 2£ per cent, of their wages.
