DUNEDIN SESSION.

(Per United Press Association.) Dunedin, July 22.

The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court opened to-day before Mr Justice Kennedy. James Sylvester Henderson was charged with negligently driving a motor vehicle, thereby causing the death of a boy. The evidence was that following a collision with a motor car, accused s lorry mounted the footpath and struck a boy who died in hospital. The case was unfinished and adjourned till the morning.
