ASHES TAKEN TO KREMLIN.

(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Moscow, January 27. Stalin and other dignitaries carried an urn containing the ashes of Valerin Kuibyshev, Vice-President of the Commissar’s Council, who died on January 25, to the Kremlin, where it was immured. The artillery fired a salute while soldiers marched past, being accompanied by a squadron of aeroplanes. Crowds of workers sang the Internationale. . Lord Chilston, the British Minister at Moscow, sent a message of condolence on behalf of Britain. The town of Samara, where the deceased headed the Bolshevik revolution in 1916, and also the middle Volga region, has been re-christened Kuibyshev. His brain has been handed over to scientists for examination*
