IMPROVEMENT IN CONDITION. (United Press Assn— Telegraph Copyright) (Rec. 9.55 p.m.) Sydney, December 27. Archbishop Kelly’s condition has further improved, but the bronchial affection which caused a serious collapse a few days ago has left his heart in a weakened condition. He received many goodwill messages from New Zealand and other parts of the Empire.
